Refund/Return/Shipping/faq
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY AS WE DO NOT REFUND.
ALL ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED & PACKED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
WEEKDAYS - Orders placed by 2pm will be ready by 5pm the SAME DAY.
WEEKENDS - Orders can be picked up from 3pm Monday.
Australian Shipping
FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100 (Registered Standard Delivery 5-10 days delivery time)
Estimated Delivery Time
All orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday - Friday are packed and sent the same day. Any orders received after that time will be sent the following business day.
Tracking your order
Please contact us if you have not received your delivery within the estimated time frame. We will issue you with a tracking number and endeavor to get it to you immediately. If you happen to be out when they come knocking the Postie leaves a nice little card with your name on it to let you know there is an exciting package waiting for you!
International Shipping:
International deliveries are flat rate of $30 and generally received within 7 days
If you do not receive it within the estimated time frame please contact us and we will issue you with a tracking number.

Security
We recognize that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience.
We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured.
Returns
We love our customers to be happy with their purchase so if you feel you have made the wrong decision, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We recommend that all items are tried on immediately upon receipt to ensure that you are able, to exchange or return them to us within the required period.
Please choose carefully as we do not provide exchange/Refund for any change of mind and items that are on Sale.
Please notify us of your intention to return any item within 24 hours of delivery of your order.
Claim must be received within 24 hours of delivery or are not recognized.
If you wish to return an item, please email us at: info@lemiseecollections.com.au with details of the return. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If you are exchanging for another size, please include a Registered post bag with your return to ensure you receive your new item super fast! We recommend using express post to ensure we do not receive your return outside the 14 day time frame.
Items must be received in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Please take care when trying on garments - they will not be accepted as a return if they are not in their original state, have any traces of make-up, or smell of deodorant or perfume.
Lemisee staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in new condition. In this case, the item will be returned to the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept any returns on jewellery, accessories, or sale items.
Exchange / Store Credit
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size. However, in the event that we do not have your size available, returned items will be issued as a Store Credit valid for 3 wks from the issue date.
We will process your return within 3 days of receiving the products & you will be emailed a confirmation once items/store credits have been sent back to you.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to high postage costs and delivery lag times, we are unable offer returns on international purchases.
Faulty Items
Lemisee staff thoroughly inspect & photograph each item to ensure you are receiving it in perfect condition. If for any reason you believe the product was received in faulty condition, email us at : info@lemiseecollections.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the product otherwise we will not accept responsibility of this claim.
Lemisee will endevour to repair/replace your product.
If we are unable to replace or repair the item, we are happy to offer a refund.
